We use US$ for all orders but can also invoice in £ Sterling if required
Deposit is usually 50% on placing order and balance on completion of order, prior to shipment.
We can ship worldwide – we currently send goods to customers in the UK, USA, France, Germany, Portugal, Mexico, Dubai
Once a sample is approved, manufacturing times are:
Cleaning cloths and pouches – 4-6 weeks
Boxes – 6-8 weeks
Displays 6-7 weeks
Cabinets/counters 5-6 weeks
Please allow longer over Chinese New Year as factories close from end of January for 2 weeks.
Shipping by sea is a further 4-5 weeks (however container shipments are quicker) and by air 7-10 days.
We do not include delivery charges in our quote as many customers have their own preferred shipping company. If you would like us to arrange your shipping, we can organise a quote for either air or sea delivery. All prices are ex-factory unless stated otherwise.
Yes, and this is usually payable on receipt of goods. Taxes and duties vary depending on the type of goods and the country receiving the goods.
Yes. Depending on the product and project requirements, pre-production samples may be available before full production begins. This allows you to review quality, branding, colours and specifications before approving your order.
For the best results, we recommend supplying artwork in a vector format such as AI, EPS or PDF. High-resolution PNG files may also be suitable for certain applications. If you’re unsure, simply send your artwork and we can advise.
Yes. We can often match Pantone colours across a wide range of packaging, display and promotional products to help maintain brand consistency. Please provide Pantone references during the design stage wherever possible.
Yes. Many of our products can be customised with logos, colours, materials, sizing and branding options. The level of customisation available depends on the product type and production requirements.
